Tap Cellular → select io eSIM.

Toggle Data Roaming to ON.

APN is set correctly
Should be: io.data
Settings › Cellular › Cellular Data Network
Restart your device
Refreshes all network settings
Hold the power button and slide to power off. Wait 10 seconds, then turn back on. Your eSIM will reconnect automatically.
